Chris Randall


Connect2Law Partner Champion and Managing Partner

Chris Randall became the firms managing partner in 2007. He manages the firm’s finances and all aspects of compliance with regulatory bodies. As the group’s Client Service Partner Chris oversees a small caseload of client litigation matters.

Before joining the practice Chris trained with a London firm and qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Much of his career has been spent working in Litigation. He is accredited as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.

At work Chris is an ambassador for the practice and is constantly driven in developing the legal departments to achieve their full potential. Outside of work Chris enjoys singing, running, watching his favourite football team attempt to win the odd match, and watching as many films as can be crammed into any leisure time left over.

Alisa Chamberlen


Connect2Law Administration Manager

Alisa has worked for Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2002, and started her career as a conveyancing secretary. Soon after joining she became the Intervention Administration Manager assisting a Partner with Solicitors Regulation Authority interventions. Most recently Alisa has been the Client Services Assistant dealing with Risk Management. In February this year Alisa combined her role in client services with the administration of Connect2Law for Mayo Wynne Baxter.

At work Alisa has established filing systems for a number of departments, creates workable administration folders so that anyone can use the system. Alisa also has excellent communication skills, and is happy to assist whenever possible.

Lara Squires


Business Development Manager

Lara Squires is the firms Business Development Manager having been appointed to this role in 2005, Lara previously worked for the firm in 2002 when she worked in the Conveyancing team for 2 years.

Lara’s responsibilities include generating and developing new business for the various departments within the organisation, and managing client and referrer relationships.

Before joining the firm Lara built up her considerable sales experience through several established companies, since working in the Business Development role she became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

At work Lara has a natural appetite for sales and an abundance of communication skills, which she effectively applies to her role.
